1. How do I place an ad on Yallaza? It’s very simple! Just click the "Create Listing" button at the top right of the page. Follow the steps to choose your category, add details, and upload clear photos. Your ad will be live in no time!

2. What does it cost to advertise? Nothing. Posting listings for Classifieds, Properties, and Jobs is 100% free on Yallaza. Unlike other platforms in the UAE, we do not charge any fees for standard listings.

3. Will I get spam emails if I post a listing? Absolutely not. Your email address is kept hidden and is never shared publicly on the website. Users can only contact you via our secure messaging system or through the phone number you choose to display.

4. How long will my listing remain on the website? Generally, a listing remains active for 90 days (3 months). You will receive an email notification one week before it expires. If your item is still available, you can easily renew it from your account dashboard. If not renewed, it will be automatically removed.

5. I sold my item or filled my job vacancy. How do I delete my ad? Congratulations! Once your deal is closed, simply log in to your account, go to "My Ads," and click on the Delete or Archive button to remove the listing from the public view.

6. Is it safe to buy and sell on Yallaza? We prioritize your safety. However, since we are a free community marketplace, we recommend:

  • Always meet the buyer/seller in a public place.

  • Never send money online before seeing the item or property.

  • Yallaza will never ask for your bank details or OTP to post an ad.

7. Can I post job vacancies and property for free? Yes! We support the UAE community by allowing free listings for both jobs and properties. Please ensure your listings comply with UAE local regulations and labor laws.

8. Why was my ad rejected or removed? To keep Yallaza safe, we remove ads that contain prohibited items, duplicate content, scams, or anything that violates UAE's media laws. If you think your ad was removed by mistake, contact us at contact@yallaza.com.
