Yallaza.com provides a 100% free platform for users to list classifieds, properties, and jobs. We do not charge any listing fees, and we do not act as an agent, broker, or representative for any user.

2. No Liability (User Protection)

  • As-Is Basis: The website is provided "as is." Yallaza does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any advertisements posted by users.

  • No Responsibility: We are not a party to any transaction, payment, or agreement. Yallaza holds no legal responsibility for any fraud, disputes, or disagreements that may arise between buyers and sellers.

  • Verification: Users are strongly advised to verify the identity of the other party and personally inspect items or properties before any exchange of money.

3. Prohibited Content (UAE Compliance)

To protect the platform and remain compliant with local regulations, users must NOT post:

  • Content that violates UAE Law or local cultural values.

  • Fake job listings or misleading property descriptions.

  • Restricted items (including alcohol, medical drugs, or illegal substances).

  • Spam or repetitive advertisements.

4. Right to Delete

Yallaza.com reserves the absolute right to delete any advertisement or ban any user account without prior notice if we determine that the content poses a risk to our community or violates UAE laws.

5. "User-to-User" Interaction

Yallaza serves solely as a medium to connect people. We do not conduct background checks or document verification for our users. Every user is responsible for their own safety and due diligence during interactions.

6. Job & Property Postings

  • Jobs: We are not a recruitment agency; we only display advertisements. Candidates are cautioned never to pay a "Processing Fee" or "Visa Fee" for any job opportunity listed on the platform.

  • Property: Real estate agents must strictly follow UAE regulations (such as RERA/Trakheesi). Yallaza assumes no responsibility for inaccurate or unauthorized listings.

7. Indemnification

By using this platform, you (the user) agree to indemnify and hold Yallaza and its owners harmless from any legal issues, claims, or damages arising from your advertisements. You accept full legal responsibility for the content you post.
